Vereinsmeisterschaften im Schwimmen: Hervorragende Leistungen und spannende Staffeln
Bei den diesjährigen Vereinsmeisterschaften in Abtsgmünd zeigten unsere Schwimmer und Schwimmerinnen wieder tolle Leistungen. Dieses Jahr nahmen insgesamt 77 Schwimmer teil. Anders als letztes Jahr durften wir dieses Mal auch wieder Schwimmer und Schwimmerinnen aus den Nachbarvereinen MTV Aalen, SC Delphin und aus Oberkochen bei uns begrüßen.
Natürlich gab es dieses Jahr auch wieder Freundschafts- und Familienstaffeln. Insgesamt meldeten sich 6 Familien- und 6 Freundschaftsstaffeln . Besonders gratulieren möchten wir hierbei Familie Zieker und der Gruppe „Studentenfutter“ (bestehend aus Anika Braun, Hanna May und Christian Hoyer) die den Wettstreit für sich entscheiden konnten. Nach dem Wettkampf fand, in der angrenzenden Sporthalle, die Siegerehrung statt die von Bürgermeister Kiemel und Vereinsvorstand Wolfgang Bernlöhr durchgeführt wurde. Jeder Teilnehmer durfte sich über eine Medaille und eine Urkunde freuen, die Staffelschwimmer wurden zusätzlich mit Sachprämien belohnt die von der VR Bank, der Abtsgmünder Bank und der Kreissparkasse gesponsert wurden. Wofür wir uns auch noch einmal herzlich bedanken möchten. Besondere Auszeichnungen bekamen außerdem Hanna May und Jonas Riek, welche den gesamt Sieg feiern und ihren Wanderpokal in Empfang nehmen durften. Nicht vergessen werden darf natürlich Christian Hoyer, der über 50m Rücken, einen neuen Vereinsrekord aufstellen konnte. Die weiteren Ergebnisse der Abtsgmünder Schwimmer sind:
